These conditions aim to define the terms of placing orders, payment and delivery between the website https://rebellecommedespirates.fr and the customer.

PRODUCTS

All products on sale on the site https://rebellecommedespirates.fr are offered while stocks last.

The products available on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, the creator cannot be held responsible. 

The photographs of the products offered may be subject to minimal variations (colors, sizes, shape).

ORDER PROCESS

The customer can choose items from our product range and put them in his “Basket”.

By clicking on the “Order” button, the customer finalizes the order of the products appearing in the Basket.

He will then be asked to provide us with his data (including payment data).

Before finalizing an order, the customer can view and modify the details of his order at any time.

It is also mandatory to accept these T&Cs before placing an order.

Otherwise, it will not be possible to order products on the Website.

Placing your order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and the company , subject to the availability of the products ordered.

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt and details of the order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

All our packages are shipped via the services of our service provider Mondial Relay.

Shipping costs for all orders placed in Metropolitan France are fixed and indicated by the seller on the form completed when placing the Order.

The seller undertakes to process the order within fifteen to thirty days from the day following the validation of the order, unless otherwise indicated. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation and shipping times of the order (exit from warehouses).

They run from the validation of the order.

SENDING

Unless Otherwise Posted, All purchased items are shipped within 15 to 30 business days after ordering.

In case of high traffic, your delivery may take up to 2 months to arrive.

RESPONSIBILITY

RCDP is not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer if the loss or damage results from a case of force majeure , if it is attributable to the unforeseeable act of a third party, or if it is attributable to you.

If the customer's address is incorrect, RCDP cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to article L.l21•20 of the Consumer Code, all consumers have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.

This period is extended until the next working day if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition with the order number to the shipping address which will be sent to you when you make your request.

PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The price of the products is displayed in euros.

For orders to countries outside the European Union, customs fees will be payable by the customer upon delivery.

SECURE PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made by credit card via the secure system provided by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.

The transmitted information is encrypted according to the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network.

Once the payment is initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information.

In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by card is irrevocable.

By providing their banking information during the sale, the Customer authorizes the Seller to debit their card for the amount relating to the price indicated.

The Customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it.

We do not have access to your login details or credit card numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment processor and data confidentiality. 

WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES

All Products on sale on the Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (L211-4 of the Consumer Code) allowing the User to return products delivered that are defective or non-compliant.

-Article L2ll-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver a conforming good existing at the time of delivery.
